Thanks for this report, for a first time it's well structured and presented with overally accurate values. You give a good conclusion showing your knowledge of the market as well as showing a rane of values. However, to improve i'd do more then the minimum three rares in a report so it makes your report stand out and look better against possible users who are looking for the same position.
