Tbh u dont need range and mage for MM,

and if u want to train range i suggest the ogre cage, but u need quest for that (cant remember which)

And for mage i suggest alching

I can only low alch atm

But if i use melee it's harder as he keeps changing attack but when you range/mage he stays on one, which means i can just my protect on.

Hide on the bridge behind the mushroom or fungi w/e, then when it gets to 10hp run out and spec it with msb and rune arrows.

I did it at 48 cb it's not even hard..
