    i just nfc prostreet 6 days ago i played it once and i tried it again and it keeps loading then coming up a message and sending me abck to the dash board i looked at the game and tis very scratched sdo that might be the porblme could i get a refund on this or do they class it as my own fault

    bought it out of game for £40

    They cant really give you a refund, because they sell it to you in MINT condition, its the 360 which is the problem, dont worry, it affects alot of us..

    If you scratched it then its your fault?..
    If your 360 scratched it then its not their fault either, the 360 has done it a couple of mine too.

    On the other hand, for £2 some gamestation stores will restore them.

    they didnt sell me it in mint condition a part of mycase was broke inside the bit the disk sits
    in but i doubt theyll belive me

    Some games do get released scratched up, I think it was Halo 3, the collectors edition was all scratched up for almost everyone

    Yeh, and halo 2. You should find out what the source of the scratch was, if it was your own fault, tough. But if it was the xbox's fault you should get it checked out.

    wel icant see threw the case can i so i didint know it was broke until i took it home and opend it

    how do i find ut how the scratch was caused :S
