I am currently running phpBB 3.x RC7 on my website but I just dont know where I upload the modifications to.
Does anyone know where the modification files should be uploaded to?

What kind of modification? Don't you just overwrite the modified files? It should say in the mod readme...

None of the modification files have read me files.
