    Default Free 'colour picker' programs...

Basically I need a program that I can hover over a colour on a image and it'll give me the Hex/RGB code for it , just like it does on fireworks/Photoshop.
Can someone find me a link to a free one as I need to pay for all the ones I found on google .

Sorry to ask in same thread, but does anyone know where you can get one on the web which can be used in scripts etc. in order to define the colour.

Basically just a one which are used in editors for instance when you click on the colours in certain editors where it brings up a full colour chooser for fonts and backgrounds or whatever.

Im finding this hard to explain tbh.
