Well theres a hosting company (not naming) i know they on VPS how i find out were they get the VPS from? without contacting them?

They myt be using their nameservers.
www.allwhois.com SEarch the domain and look at nameservers

if there vps'es use cpanel http://verify.cpanel.net << type in one of their vps ips. And unless they use an external vps licence, you'll get the companys name who owns the licence

btw just becuase its an external licence doesent mean its theirs..
1.) The company offers cPanel but tis expensive
2.) The company DOES NOT offer cPanel
