Yes, i'm opening a habbo vbulletin forum, and need a skin for it (POSSIBLY FREE). Would be grateful to anyone that made/gave me one, and would leave their name at bottom sating they made the skin.

Sounds like it's going to be a disaster already, if your not willing to pay uou might aswell do it yourself cos no ones gonah put any effort into making a skin for free unless they're bored as ****
and yea defo dont go with just habbo or no one will ever use it, nothings going to beat hx unless you pile **** loads of money into it and loads comps etc, and a radio
