You need to kill one of the guns shooting before the glass will break (donno why)
I read that on a guide on how to kill it, just kill one of the guns on the front shooting then keep shooting the glass until it breaks, eventually you'll be able to shoot the guy driving

I done it the other day !

You gotta kill 1 or so people at the front who are shooting at you, and keep shootin the drivers glass window bit. I clicked Y so that Lynch shoots driver aswell.

I dno if u have to kill ppl at front but its how i done it :S
