XAMPP?? I just got it and its looks easy to use but then when i try my mind just melts =[ How ca i use it? Any good tuts?

Its really easy to use when uve been playing with it for 1 hour. Just remember to htaccess your /xampp dir and change SQL root pw.

What exactly happens, what OS are you running.

Discussing it in his thread isn't going to help, he needs to get it working first before thinking of all this.

Did you download the installer, or the ZIP file (if windows)?

Did it install all the way?

Is the server started, you can check this by viewing the little orange [X] in the taskbar next to the clock.
