The rule about a certain ammount of times advertised in a month

Where did the rule you could only post a fansite a certain times a month go, I asked opensource when he was a mod and he said it was a good idea, It seriously needs put into place, People are trying to be the new thinkhabbo over there !

I see similar threads all advertising the same site from different ppl its annoying especially when they all post within a few hours.

Thehabboforum is being advertised every 2 days, its annoying.

A certain fansite/forum keeps making threads to register on their forum offering rep every day , it's actually really annoying.
It's usually different people who make the threads but it's still annoying.

Its so annoying though but they did stop for a wee while when i said i'd -rep the thread makers.

Why do you think I resigned?
I know I would get the blame if the forum gets advertised every single day, Iv told them not to butthey don't listen.
The forum has gone crap anyway, they need to stop advertising.

They don't even have staff communicating properly, i could tell you so much on what happens in the staff forum.
