Popular = well known in the school, like the whole school knows about you ect.

It definately helps in our school, but theres lots of groups of people that just hang around each other

maybe because even if she is wrong for bullying that certain person, she has people to back her up because shes popular, which is utter **.

There aren't any real stereotypical groups. The fact is, there isn't enough people to have "the goths" or "the punks" or "the jocks."

However, there is a mass of "popular" people. You're not on student council if you're not popular. Your opinions aren't respected if you're not one of "them."
