Music Website

I want to make a music discussion site which will have links to my music forum, news, reviews etc.

I would like it to have a user login system and also for users to be able to upload and download music from.

Would anyone be able to help me do this as im useless at web design, cheers

Its a bad idea to upload and download music because of bandwidth and music takes up quite abit of memory and to be a good website you would need alot of music.

It's illegal to allow uploading of music and downloading of music which isn't copyright to the uploader.

Sorry probably didnt make my self clear enough on idea of this project.

Uploaded music would be from artists who would recieve percentage ofsales from downloads of tracks, We would have it that when people add tracks to the site for this service that the song is validated before being added to the site so avoid breaking copyright.

This will be extremely hard to do as you will have to contact bands of which most wont have a recorded song as they will do gigs instead..
