I've came back and will try and report accurate values. So...
Green = Higher than the Habbox value.
Blue = Equal to the Habbox value.
Red = Lower than the Habbox value.

Blue Lazer Gate
1.5 - Seen 1 time.
1.0 - Seen 6 times.
Comment: Doesn't look as if this lazer will be rising again.


Russian Samovar
2.0 - Seen 2 times.
1.5 - Seen 4 times.
Comment: Doesn't look as if people are trading 0.8's it's easier at a round number.


Green Pillow
5.0 - Seen 2 times.
4.5 - Seen 4 times.
4.0 - Seen 1 time.
Comment: People aren't that willing to be paying the full amount for pillows.
