You know you see people send in Messages to the Jagex staff (Not e-mails to www.Jagex.com), they send a message that looks like it's been sent from your Runescape inbox...

How do you do this?

I know there are some people here who have done it and have posted screenies but i cant find the screenies to give you an example.

When you click on a link at the bottom of an article on the Knowledge Base to send Jagex a message, you will be directed to a form that enables you to send us queries.

Someone explain that, because i see no link.
