Hiring Management!! [&Staff]

Hello There.

Once again im back hiring yet more staff!

But this time management! nice!

Ok. these are the positions that are open.

• Support Manager
• Human Resource manager
• Promotional Manager

I Will desribe the role of each position now.

• Support Manager;

You will need to run and control the support department. Aswell as this all staff will need to be looked after. You will need to hire and fire staff within your department. You will need to make sure everything is running smoothly.

• Humanresource manager;

You will be in charge of all staff. You need to make sure everyone is under control. You will need to host monthly/weekly meetings and make sure all departments are running smoothly. You will also need to work closely with managers and directors to make sure of the well being of all staff. You will also act as a contact if anyone wishes to contact us.

• Promotional manager;

This position allows you to be free and express your skills! you need to get onto forums and promote helping-ict.com as mad as possible. You will be incharge of all staff in your department. You will need to work with the human resource manager to make sure all your staff are working at a right pace etc. You will also need to contact websites, bussinesses and other outside sources about advertising.
