    You will probably lose a mark or two for it. Could be the difference between your target grade and the one below though!

    i dont really think it will matter, it matters if you go above or below 10% i think. well thats what i have with my business/economics portfolio :rollseyes:

    You won't lose any marks, no.

    It's usually 200 words each way. I know my English coursework in YR11 on Romeo and Juliet was 500 words over the limit, and I still got full marks.

    na you wouldnt lose marks for it the word cap is really just a idea so u dont go overboard but if u go overboard u wont lose marks

    100 words is quite a lot

    they want you to be bang on or as close as possible to the suggested wordcount

    It depends on what the limit is, if it's supposed to be 2,000 words and you're 100 over it's nothing but if it's got to be 200 then yeah that's quite a lot.
