Sd vs raw 08 achivment prob

I have over 80% of the achievements (including secret ones) but i am cant seem to get the achievement, Thats Gonna' Leave A Mark- for this achievement you need to power bomb your opponent off the the steel steps any one tell me how to do this please +Rep

Use kane, and his ultimate grapple move is a powerbomb, powerbomb him right next to the steel step ;D
