Too right it would be nice, but no-one is gonna give you that for free. Mainly because it would take alot of server resources and putting other shoutcast client servers at risk (ie kicking people because of lack of resources).

People would do a low kb for free, but not that. Some good companies with the right hardware charge upto £20 - £50 a month for that. Although some 'company's' run by forum members may be cheaper - although u often get problems.
