[Tutorial] Mod Edits.

In this tutorial i will teach you how to get from writing this "Edited by Tyler [Forum Moderator]: Please stay on topic" to:

[mod="Tyler"]Please stay on topic[/mod]

Step one:
+ Go into the AdminCP and click "Add custom BBCode".
Step two:
+ Fill out the form:
- Title: Moderator edit.
- Tag: mod
- Replacement: <font color="red"><b>Edited by {option} [Forum Moderator]: {param}</b></font>
- Example: [mod="Tyler]Please stay on topic[/mod]
- Description: Leave this blank
- Use {option}: Click yes!
- Button Image (Optional): Leave blank

Note: This is taken from the form in vbulletin

You could just add a moderator notice :S

You can just do it manually which will take 3 seconds.

Or if your really lazy instead of adding your own name use the if condition and display the $username automaticly. so its similar to (see below) but displays the username too! Public Version: [mod]Please dont double post[/mod] BB Code Version (Something like this!!!) [mod=$username]{param}[/mod]

They are just pointless. It takes a few secconds to highlight it, click Bold and the colour.
