Potting to 99 str.

get about 87 str then you might be able to.

I pot to 118 from 99 which is 19 levels, and it's less for lower strength so get like 85 strength and you'll be able to.

Normal str pot gives 10 more str (actually 11, but the 11th level goes after a few secs.)

It's something like 10% for strength potions
so level 70 = level 80
level 35 = 39

and then 17.5% for super strength.
i think, but not sure.
