Default PS3 in england rip off

I got a 40GB PS3 for christmas which cost £299.99 from most shops. And i found out that if you order a 80GB PS3 from america it will work out to £250. I'll try and find the site that was selling it for $499.00/£250.00

    Well done, you're quick.

It's everything, not just the PS3. Welcome to tax.

If you bought it from America, it would be NTSC, not PAL? So you would have to have NTSC games..

Then you have P+P, then import tax..

For me to import a PSP 7 months before they came out here cost me £27.50 - The console only cost me £80.
