    Santas don't need a level...

    They are a really rare drop, too bad they had to re release them... now I'm not the only person I've seen on Kilrogg with a 'Santa'. I got mine last year.

    No one sells them in the AH you gotta kill something for it and it's a very rare drop.

    They bind when you pick them up so you can't sell them, got mine yday.

    They also drop of some bosses which are wearing santa hats for the season, I think.
