    Default Portfolio Splash Page - Concept 2

    Hey all.

    I've completed the concept 2 of the splash page of my first ever design. This time I did not follow a tutorial.

    It's the same apart from different colour and different image.

    Theres a different background texture. Added sharpness, different picture size.

    As you know im not a photoshop designer so how could I make it better?

    Well to be honest, I don't use photoshop so I wouldn't know, but it looks ok.

    Its better you made the picture box smaller

    What do you mean by the first line?

    Every other design I have done has been in paint. 'Its alright' - thanks. Its a start I guess.

    It's not great, it's distinctly average.

    Oh and, if you're a designer, you're a designer in every program.

    Well obviously it takes a while to get used to, and find all the things out that it can do.

    If you done it in paint,
    you did sweet @#?! all,
    for the first tut, you just added text & photo.

    Probably same with this.
