    Red face Numbness

    when ever im playing on my psp or resting my head on my arm sat up watching tv or even just when i hold my hand up it goes numb on one side like my little fingure and the oen next to it goe's numb. if i lower my hand down and shake it for a little bit it isent numb anymore. anyone know why this happens?

    o and it only happens in my left hand

    because when you hold it up you are stopping the blood from circulating round your arm / hand as fast as it normally does.

    dunno why it just happens on your left one though.. :s

    ye i thought it was that but it confused me why it only happing in my left hand

    Yes. all i can think off also unless you have bad circulation to that hand
