just catch herring at 10 and anchovies at 15 then u will have 20 in no time

Catch shrimp and anchovies and bank at draynor until you can fly fish. Lvl 20 i think? Cook all of you fish so far outside Draynor bank. Go to the fishing spots east of Lumbridge taking with you a woodcutting axe (wielded), a tinderbox, a fly fishing rod and thousands of feathers. Fish, cook and drop there until you get bored.
