Basically when you first meet him don't waist ur good weapons (he cant die untill the helicopter part). Then in the helicopter part shoot him with your good weapons, and only use handgun bullets to shoot the tenticle things. Finally only use the rocket launcher when you know u cant miss!
Tbh just invite a friend and play multiplayer, its easier
