When visiting my domain name - It shows nothing except when editting the index.php file in the public_html directory
When visiting my domain name and adding /forums onto it - It shows everything (all the vb data)
How can I get it so that when I visit my domain name it shows all the vb data instead of having to add /forums to my domain name?

Move it to the top directry.
I dont really know what your trying to say but if you mean how do you get your forum onto the main domain without /forum just move everything up one directory
Need a domain but dont have paypal... not to worry. You can purchase a domain via text or home phone at XeoDomains.mobi.

Oh i was correct in saying what i did then.
If you use FTP cut everything in /forums and paste it into public_html if you use file manager do the same but it will take longer as you will have to do every individual folder and files in /forums.
