Radio - Some people give away for free on here only about 50 listeners but it will do fine for a starting fansite. Or you can download the shoutvast server and get one for free but you must have the server running.
Staff - Post a thread about you are hiring.
Panels and misc - www.habboring.com Also you can get a rare value system and a habbo imager and font generator.
