This may sound like a rubbish idea but here goes:
For people that own a group of rooms with the same theme, for example Big Brother, Takeshi's Castle, Mafia's, Airports etc. I think that you should be able to group these rooms together into one 'set' of rooms, then when you give a person rights in that room, they get rights in all the rooms involved in the set!
Your thoughts?

I think thats a great idea, for people that own police forces, games etc. Because owners dont always have time to give rights out, but people want them - and obviously you have to be stupid to not accept someones furni!

Also it could be like if you search someones name on the navigator they can group their rooms under tabs. For example, search Habbo123, click the 'Takeshi's Castle' tab and it would drop down with all their rooms.

That would be a good idea - Should be like the categories. You click it and it expands to the list of rooms that uve grouped together
