I was watching some show once and some guy said that he was doing it like 10 times a day everyday or some crazy stuff like that and he got some kind of sickness. Too much of ANYTHING is bad

Lol no you cannot.

It's not as though if you do it 15 times a day you are going to come out in huge spots and contract masterbationasitis or something!

However - everyone obviously has their own limits and has different sex drives. Therefore someone might be able to do it 5 or 6 times a day whilst someone else may find once just enough.

You'll know whether or not you are in the mood obviously, and whether or not you want to do it or not.

You can't do it too much at all - but everyone knows their limits when they no longer want to do it.
