* Throne :

- 44 HC(s) [Seen 2 Times]
- 45 HC(s) [Seen 5+ Times]
- 46 HC(s) [Seen 2 Times]Note : I think throne is going up or at least remains as it is . I really don't
Think it will go down , because 44 HCs or less are rarely seen and
Mostly with noobs or in a special rooms made by people who want
To make profit only. example they make rooms called:
"Buying All Thrones 44 HCs Each"

* Green Birdbath :

- 2 HC(s) [Seen 10 Times]
- 2.5 HC(s) [Seen 6 Times]


Note : I think the habbox value for the GBB is perfect

* Petal Patch :

- 3 HC(s) [Seen All The Time]
- 3.5 HC(s) [Seen 3 Times]


Note : Petals might go up for 3.25 or 3.5 because it always sells for 3.5 or
3 HCs but even it sells 3 HCs the buyer mostly have to add profit

* Majestic Chair :

- 2 HC(s) [Seen 10 Time]
- 2.5 HC(s) [Seen 10 Times]


Note : My comment on the Majestic is just the same as mine on the petals
They add prof in most of the deals

* Blue Laser :

- 1 HC(s) [Seen Most Of The Time]
- 1.5 HC(s) [Seen 8 Times]


Note : Perfect value , i think it might go up soon i sold 6 of them with good
Profit and my second evidence that they are being used in casinos
And casino owners always pays a good profit for the stuff and in
General casino stuff always sells good

* Butler :

- 5 HC(s) [Seen 3 Times]
- 6 HC(s) [Seen 2 Times]


Note : When it's value decreased from 10 HCs to ... till it reached 5 HCs
It was a good decision , because Butler is a nice furni but it was
hard sell because of it's over high price , but now i think it deservs
more than 5 HCs , I Think it might be 6 or 7 HCs

* Habbo Coins :

- 0.9 HC (thats to say 11 or 12 credits for 1 HC) [Seen All The Time]
- 1 HC [Rarely Seen]


Note : i think it's obvious , credits must go down

* Silver Nelly :

- 5.5 HC(s) [Seen 2 Times]
- 6 HC(s) [Seen 3 Times]


Note : They are very good sell , and when they went up from 5 to 5.5
Was a good decision but i think we must wait a while before
We push it up again
