    Says your acc's been scammed/hacked then you jsut send blizz CD-key, SQ&A and some info of alts and stuff and they'll change email back to yours and stuff.

    1-2 days and you should be sorted, just make sure you know your info about your account. I took a screeny of my info when i first started, just incase!
