    Question Sleeping In Random Places

Ok, when I try to go to sleep at night it does'nt happen but when I'm in school or on the bus it happens alot. I try to eat things which have alot of sugar in them to have a sugar high and keep myself awake, but it just doesnt work :S. Help please.

It is not clever to eat a lot of things with a lot of sugar.. I will make you stay awake at first, but it will quickly wear off and then you will feel really tired. You should try just drinking a cup of coffee in the morning, or eat an apple (which i've heard actually refreshes more than coffee in the morning).

Oh, and about the fact that you can't sleep at night. Try to read this thread, and try doing some of those things maybe

Same same.. I can be really tired but not sleep at night. Which results in falling asleep anywhere else haha.

I always swear to myself I wont fall asleep on like a train.. I always do, end up waking up with the silly woman like "THIS TRAIN TERMINATES HERE" and its like ooooppppsss I went a bit too far.

Same here. When I lie down to sleep, I seem to get a sudden energy rush. Yet in lessons and what not I'm half asleep.
    Doubt everything, even this.

Your probberly more bored at school, whereas at ome you would want to do stuff like go on the computer / watch tv or something. Just before you go to bed, Just do some reading and get yourself comfy.

Ahhh randomly falling asleep, I used to do that on buses and trains all the time, which was really annoying when I got on the wrong bus.
