Right... im making a none habbo site but need details on what softwares best....
i need:

DJ Panel
Chat
Content Management System
Arcade Script
Proxy Script
Email Account Creation Script

Any ideas?

Cutenews is terrible for Content Management, it's easier to access than other CMS's since flat-files are used.

A good list of Content Management Systems can be found here. (including commercial)

If you want to try them out, go to www.opensourcecms.com - I don't know what to recommend. Try the demos, read reviews and pick your favourite.

Cutenews is the worse cm, 90% of the errors in that is the point its in txt files.

I quite like Joomla, Habbox and Habbo Meadow use that.
