Needing a forum manager

I'm needing a new forum manager for TheHabboForum

They need to be experienced with Vbulletin forums and with Admin control panel

Basically you will be a second administrator and doing things such as skinning and other forum duties

Im willing to take up the position however i can not skin, although i am very expierienced with VB and i dedicate alot of time finding new MODs etc
