Anyway, my paypal account has been limited Im not happy what so ever, ive emailed them say I dont have a credit or debt card to put it but they said sorry I can not use my account then, i was like wthhh!!! I could of bought a game or some new clothes or something :@

They did this to me, I have £110 in the account. :@ Mega angry! After 180 days they let you withdraw it to a bank account! Which I can do now, but I don't trust PayPal anymore, so I'll have to send it to a dodgy account.

180 DAYS!!!!!!!!! OMG, I need to put credit or debt details in so i can use it but im like 15 and dont own a credit card, debt card, cash card nothing eccept a Rileys membership card , Ima hopefully nag my mother to add her details or ill nick my bro's cc lol naw i wouldnt do that id ask him first ;p

Why dont you just join the bank? Its much easier, You dont have to be like 21 or anything, the minimum age to set one up in your own name is 7.

You can get a debit card from the age of 12. Go to a natwest bank with a parent and open a current account. You also earn interest on the money and the good thing is you can't overdraw so that means you don't end up in any sort of debt. I use mine all the time for paying online.
