Zamorak plateskirt. 450K
Gilded full helmet. 1,000,000
Around 4,200,000 cash.
I won't go first, BUT if you trade me 1 throne, Ill give you some, then you give next, etc.

My idea is, I shall keep my Habbo rares and bet them, and when I have around 10 mil [50 HC's] I shall sell my furni back for RS cash, and purchase a whip and many other wonderful items.
