Problem connecting to my OWN site and FTP!

Basically, when i try to connect to my FTP i can't connect with the host. And when i try to go on my site i cant load the page when other people can - www.football101.co.uk

I have to go through a proxy to get to it.

Also i can't get access to my host which is at www.hugotonhosting.com

I don't know what is wrong :S

This must be a problem with your internet, or with the host. Contact them and reboot your connections.

I can't contact the host either It seems i can't connect to any of my hosts servers.
