Its a bit plain, but im sure a logo would fix that, i like the choice of colours, it gives it a nice clean minamistic effect, but still remains bold enough to provide a bit of contrast between the areas. The buttons though dont fit so well, maybe some nice images or somthing like that could improve, but other than that, it looks like a nice little skin

hmm i could remove the buttons and have them as test links and i am working on a header logo.

I think the buttons should remain as buttons as to keep the contrast from the sub links below however made a bit better. The layout looks very nice indeed but it's those buttons as said before that slightly ruin it.
