Whenever i sign up for xbox live, it freezes when i click accept on the terms of use page. anyone know why?

Ive noticed some lag when live signs in , maybe its just a slow connection problem, Im also finding that my xbox freezes if i play a game sometimes not alot say if its alot of things going on the game in quick process then it does 2 times outa 10

well ive just done my third attempt and its froze again:\

Xbox live's still as bad with its bugs. Halo was taking the **** earlier. The ghost went past me 3 times even though it only did once.
Doubt everything, even this.
