its a php contact form with a Habbo web 2.0 layout Tottaly free in images there are different styles, and read the readme.txt if your a noob at this stuff

That's really not a very nice word
And the style isn't that good to be perfectly honest, the font doesn't look good on the title and the background for the title is huge. Also maybe use white instead of grey?
