Values seem accurate, i just found it hard to read.
Try following my small guide.

- 45 HCs [7 Times] - This item is in great demand, i think it's on the rise.
- 6 HCs [3 Times] - These arn't in much demand at the moment, maybe this item will decrease in value.
- 4 HCs [2 Times] - People seem to want to get rid of these.
