Not-So-Dear-Ipso {General Warning.}

Note: Read all of this please, don't determine wether you should listen to me by one scentance. Take heed - This is a general warning! If you have any other stories to tell, post them here, and perhaps I can make a 'Safe dealer' and 'Un-Safe dealer' List. Ipso being one of these.

Logged onto Habbo as usual yesterday. My friend told me of this dealer - Ipso. He said he had won x3 on a Throne bet and that he was rich. I was later to find out why.
So, I went to his 'trustworthy' Casino, and decided to bet a Throne Sofa. I unfortunately, lost that game, but what was to come was worse for me.
I went back, and collected a Throne from my room, and bet that at the Casino.
I had a witness also - My friend. I had two witnesses, but one of whose username I can't remember. Okay. So I've bet my Throne. I tie with his on the first go. Second go, i get 21, and he is bust.
Before I know it, I'm on Hotel View (A not so splended sight after winning a free kick, and losing your Throne.) and his Casino is now in the popular list.
By the end of the night, I searched his name to see a whole page of 'Ipso = Scammer' rooms, I, adding to one of them.
I logged on today to find that the rooms were changed to 'UNACCEPTABLE TO HOTEL MNGMENT' Which shocked me - As we who made the rooms weren't lying about him being a scammer.
So, at all costs, DON'T go to his casino, even if a friend does say they won.

Aaah, that's just unlucky. Well, we all know how these people hate losing, and proves they are immature enough not to give your Throne back.

Yes; But what relly bugs me is that the rooms were removed - If i had Rebecca = Scammer rooms I'd the person their stuff back to stop it and clear my name. =/
What also bugs me is that he does it everyday and to my friends too!
More and more Ipso = Scammer rooms are being created, deleted, created.
