It's because in the iframe (index.php) you have put the layout on it.

Look at the source for your News page, all you have written is "news comeing soon" and thats all that shows, no other coding.

You've basically copied http://bighabbosforum.wizz-hosts.com/13/ and pasted it into http://bighabbosforum.wizz-hosts.com/13/index.php causing the layout to be shown again.

Do what you did for your News page to index.php and then it will be fine.
