Probs too late now but for the future, just clean it up carefully. If it is very bad go get stitches otherwise a plaster will probably do.

best thing for things like that is germolene then a plaster

First, rub lemon juice in the wound. The burning means it's working.

Then, rub some salt in it. The searing pain means it's killing whats left of your forehead.

Lastly, apply some low grade dynamite to your head and light it off.
