Looks great

I think the tops of the smaller buildings (made up of mode dining chairs) should be topped with a white mat instead of a black mat since it somewhat blends in with the roads.

But then, I'm just nitpicking.

Overall, it looks great. Good job.

Looks Cool, i also like the idea of the trophy symbalized as the statue of liberty && the way in the name you have "NYCD" instead of "NYPD".. Top job.
