If I still had my server up, i'd let habbox use it, but it went down aaaaages ago due to finance problems
They only way it would work is if there were a SET amount of admins (max:4) and they payed FOR the server and others that helped towards it get certain admin access.
I just re-installed css and im up for it, but you'd need experienced users to the ftp/cpanel for the server.

Most clans take people of varying skill levels. Most timezones crossover.. I'm in the UK and I'm always playing with other people from all of the world at all times.
As far as map preference is concerned.. you can include a load of them on a rotation server, and install a mod to use the rtv and votemap functions.
