Hey, I'm buying an owned vBulletin license, sometime today or tomorrow... I'm not 100% sure what to make the forum as, but I want to make a forum... so that's why I'll team up with somebody to make a forum.

You just have to provide hosting & a domain. I'm not going to use my vBulletin for your site if it's not going to be very good...

Of course, I'd be an admin/owner along with you.

I'm not 100% sure I'm going to make one with somebody, I'm just going to see what's and who's out there that needs one...
