Buy a house in each area I like (ie by friends, pub whatever), own club, ice skating rink.
Although I'd probably get a bit carried away with the drink as well...

Defiantly put a large majority in the bank like most others have said = lots of interest. :] And other than thaaat just get the usual really [house, cool stuff, etc]. Might even give money to Gillingham F.C. ;D
