    Default Links Only For Certain Levels

    im trying to make a Script Cobaining a regular techtut usersystem with staff features and basic user features so less a few mysql
    like
    if rare valueist show
    edit values
    add values

    if admin show
    all

    if news reporter
    edit news
    add news
    delete news

    if any but guest show:
    Profile
    Log Out
    etc.

    any ideas?
